The dedicated SOC Project Manager will work closely with the client’s Account or Project Managers as well as sample and/or translation vendors to ensure that projects are ran smoothly, any issues are addressed in a timely manner, fieldwork progress is checked regularly and resolutions are addressed quickly and efficiently.
Our teams cover both European and US time zones. By having team members in both shifts, SOC offers programming services during the night as well as US day-time. This ensures that for urgent projects we can provide 18 hours of programming in one day. Our emergency plan for quick turn projects has been proven successful by numerous projects we have ran for our clients.
